PUTRAJAYA: A widow and two men failed to set aside their death sentence for the murder of another man six years ago in a case where the body of the victim was never recovered.
A three-member Court of Appeal bench, chaired by Hanipah Farikullah, said today they found the conviction and sentence to be safe after going through the appeal records and written submissions.
